I found a pair opened but unused from a local G owner who was hoping they would fit his car.

The second pic is what they looked like less than 24 hours later after a drive to Houston and back through some nasty weather :driving:

I really like mine and I think the quality is pretty good over all and then again I'm function over form kind of guy and as you stated I love the visibility they provide. I hated having to use the oem side mirrors when someone decided to bust my EVO-R's off.

Function is there, no question. I am happy with my purchase.

They look quite good from a few feet away, and the CF is clean. But go in for a closer look, and I feel like there are a number of things done poorly. The mirrors are very light due to the lack of electronics for adjustments, but they still feel like a pair of extremely cheap sunglasses; the base feels much sturdier due to the weight of the metal construction, but the finish and fitment are quite poor. Even the cut edge on the front of the mirrors isn't clean. Had I purchased these with different expectations at full price for a showroom car, I would have felt like I got ripped off.

I think they look good. I will have to check them out in person. Maybe next months Cars and Coffee? As far Evo-R goes, I agree with ya. I think Jay needs to spend some time evaluating quality assurance with his products. However in saying that, I do think his products have gotten better over the last few years.

Got the previously broken in Fast Intentions resonated test pipes tucked in front of the shockwave now. Can hear a slight leak at one of the flanges if I put my ear to it so once my back recovers I'll get back under and tighten it up a bit :icon17:

Got my 1320 resonated test pipes and beluga axle back yesterday. Waiting for my Megan y pipe to come in today :) might make a comparative video... hopefully those demon bolts don't pipe me in the process. I already sprayed some liquid wrench pb on it last night, praying that helps me out

Happened to me two days ago when I fuel starved for the first time. Two bikers had to help me push her out of the road because I was on a bit of a hill and I'm weaksauce.
