I tried this. Twice. The wrench broke against the power of the shift knob. Twice.

Totally agree with the loctite issues. Why Nissan why?

So my spoiler I ordered last month finally got painted and sent to the dealer for my install. I guess Black Cherry was not stocked in the pre-painted inventory from Nissan so it took about 6 weeks. Anyways I love the added style that the sport spoiler has and the paint match is good also.:icon17:

Looks good. They just look ....naked... without a spoiler on them. Or like something was left off.

Time to panic an get an alignment done. I'm so happy I have new rear tires on the way.

Manage to get it off yet? Lol I can lend a hand. I managed to get mine off fairly easily

Seriously I had no problem with mine either

Kzonts 04-16-2017 05:30 PM

I used an oil filter strap wrench with my large ratchet and a set of large vise grips to hold the shifter. Unscrewed pretty easily,

Thanks for asking and offering. I haven't attempted it yet as I am enjoying Easter Sunday with the family. I will try again real soon as the new TK Hebi Bebi arrives tomorrow.
