I took the rest of the week off so I went over to my parents to use their garage to install my eBay test pipes. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I sprayed the demon nuts down with penetrating oil and then took my dad's truck to go pick up a few tools and some lunch. After that the bolts only gave us a little bit of trouble but they came off fairly easy.

I love the new sound, the CNT CBE that I have was way too quiet for my taste. The test pipes make it just right, the only thing I want to change now is to put in an X-pipe to replace the H-pipe.

Good choice of color, works well under the hood.

I wasnt sure if I was going to hydro dip the intake in CF or go with the burnt copper. Both would probably look pretty cool but I decided that the copper wrapping around the right side of the engine with the piping etc would look pretty cool.

It gets better as it ages a bit too with some hot/cold cycles - right now it's a little too sterile clean looking.

With the car being black I think you made the right choice.

I changed my windshield wipers out this morning. It is the first time since I bought the car 4 years and 11 months ago. I doubt they have been changed since the car hit the lot lol!

I'm probably in a similar boat as I don't normally drive my Z in the rain so the most use the wipers get is during a washer fluid rinse.

I changed my fuel cap this morning... I occasionally get a P0456 code or a loose fuel cap warning... I assume the two are related. Changing out the fuel pump assembly gasket did not solve it, so hopefully the new cap will... Charcoal canister will probably be next if it resurfaces.

I probably haven't changed my wiper blades in nearly two years. A coat of glass sealant removes the need to use wiper blades in the rain and it lasts for months.

I don't have the washer fluid canister any more because twin turbo lol and even the track day in the rain I really only use them when sitting still because Rain X worked like a charm at speed on the track.
