I took the rest of the week off so I went over to my parents to use their garage to install my eBay test pipes. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I sprayed the demon nuts down with penetrating oil and then took my dad's truck to go pick up a few tools and some lunch. After that the bolts only gave us a little bit of trouble but they came off fairly easy.
I love the new sound, the CNT CBE that I have was way too quiet for my taste. The test pipes make it just right, the only thing I want to change now is to put in an X-pipe to replace the H-pipe. |
Little color work while waiting for rest of my parts to show up

It gets better as it ages a bit too with some hot/cold cycles - right now it's a little too sterile clean looking. |

I changed my windshield wipers out this morning. It is the first time since I bought the car 4 years and 11 months ago. I doubt they have been changed since the car hit the lot lol!

I changed my fuel cap this morning... I occasionally get a P0456 code or a loose fuel cap warning... I assume the two are related. Changing out the fuel pump assembly gasket did not solve it, so hopefully the new cap will... Charcoal canister will probably be next if it resurfaces.
