I tried my best to understand what you were talking about but here's my .02. It's not a Nissan dealer. That's your issue. Also 2009 and 2010 models do differ.

It's not a Nissan dealer. That's your issue. Also 2009 and 2010 models do differ. Next time do your research before accepting a car from a non-authorized dealer, especially if you're skeptical.
