Indeed, that article says the Lambo crossed the center median of a divided four-lane.

There were also no children involved.

If this is your concern, your children should *never* actually drive. Ever. Or be in a car. At all. Or moving vehicle near other vehicles. Or near any other moving vehicles. Or go outside.

What does that have to do with this?

i thought you were talking about aggressively handling a car..? fwd is easier to handle but just not fun.

I had a similar situation with my son on prom night, except that he didn't ask for the Z, I offered it to him. I had just bought it at the time, so it was no easy decision!

That was 4 years ago, and he still talks about it.

Under 4k rpm and 60 mph there is nothing hard about driving my car. My car has the 7AT so he doesn't even have a clutch to play with. I don't think you realize how unimpressive these cars are if you can't go over 4,000 rpm, it's not much more impressive than his Altima. My concern is my car going to a parking lot full of stupid kids or him catching the wing with a mailbox or other stupid crap like that.

I said yes but feel sick to my stomach about it. It's going to be a long two and a half weeks until this is over!

If you see my car you wont miss it, it looks just like the picture but no numbers and a big GTC-300 wing.

Been following this thread since you started it. Hope all goes well. I'm sure your son will do you proud. Of course all those subscribed will be looking forward to your follow up after prom. :)
