It's much more likely they will deny a claim, I don't think the dealer without a Nissan rep can say hey your warranty has be voided. I went through this back in 04 with another manufacturer and had to sue under VA lemon law. What a nightmare of a process but I won and got a decent settlement, but the whole ordeal is down right dirty and under handed.
