Desperately in need of wheels

I can't believe they towed it without the wheels being on the car, how inconsiderate of the housing complex. Wouldn't it be readily apparent that the wheels were clearly stolen

Wouldn't it be readily apparent that the wheels were clearly stolen off the car and that it may have been a tenants. See if you can get a lawyer to fight for your case.
