Want to avoid trying to remove roof liner since I would probably just do more damage to the car.

The roof is very flexible I can "massage" it if you will, up and down, but theres imperfections in it that don't want to come out

You should be able to do it from the outside. No need to remove the roof liner. Treat it like a fender.

If the metal is kinked then I think there's always going to be an impression.

I'm imagining myself being locked up in a bronze bull. It's dark inside and I'm scared. When they light up the fire underneath the bull it gets hotter. It gets hot to the point where I don't want to touch anything and the air is burning my lungs. It starts get unbearably hot to the point where I feel like my whole body is burning and I'm in agony. Eventually the air is so hot that breathing burns my nose, throat, and lungs. I feel extreme pain all over my body both inside and out. Not a pretty mental image

I had hail damage to my roof last year. I took baby girl to one shop, I thought was one of the best in town. They did more damage to her then they fixed. The second shop that fixed every thing the first shop did (half assed alot) and what they didnt do. Now I shop around and am more picky when I'm looking for any service concerning the Z.

I don't know of any good body shops. I'm sure there is a good one somewhere in Houston.

Going to fiddle with the roof later once it stops raining.

try a suction cup (like a windshield gps mount. Seriously. I've seen it done if the dents not too bad. A friend of mine also used duct tape once.

This would be a comprehensive with your insurance as vandalism. Just pay your deductible and take it in to a reputable shop.

I would castrate the the bastid if I caught him on my car.
