I've been broken into at some apts earlier, twice. Other than that though I've been lucky. 2-Way remote start alarm, tint, sun visor (makes the car very dark inside at night), and I'm very anal about where I park. I've only had a garage living at one place of many over the years and I had a very crappy car while I had it. I'm most worried about the elements, and unfortunately I have to put up with a slightly dirty car a lot of the time. I keep my detail box with me and try to take car of anything obvious or abrasive. Sucks, but it's worth it.
