High RPM on low speeds

Sounds normal to me. And maybe its just me or I am completely ignorant about something, but WTF would temp have anything to do with transmission gearing and RPM of

And maybe its just me or I am completely ignorant about something, but WTF would temp have anything to do with transmission gearing and RPM of engine unless the actual clutch was slipping.

I would never talk to that mechanic again lol.

After going through some -40-50 degree wind chills here in chicago, I can tell you my SUV sounds like shiet driving in that cold compared to warmer weather.
