Seems like everyone understands where I'm coming from but Andre. Thanks for your contribution to this thread, Andre. I don't know where the spirited driving assumptions came from, but they're way off. I don't think anyone is stirring the pot, except you.

What if that smashed up Honda was his Nissan & the tinted window Z was the Honda driven by a woman that was distracted by laud music & her passenger & making a left turn in front of you while(by the look of the Honda's damage) you were traveling the speed limit of 40 to 45 mph.????

We all would be cursing the hell out of the B1tch!!!!

She tried as hell to avoid you!!! When you saw her coming you stepped on the gas. NEVER should have been in front of her! That won't change no matter how many times I'm called names...

You know there are blinking yielding turn signals all over the US, that means if it's clear, you go. You will drive in front of a vehicle as you turn, granted they are usually a safe enough distance. You argument that he never should have been there doesn't hold much water. Regardless if you flip the scenario.
