I guess it could if it made many meatballs sandwiches over the years.

I had my Nissan change my rear end pumpkin with another one. I can have them change plugs, install a clutch & flywheel & like the point ^^^^^^^^^^ I above tried to make, a good Nissan tech can do great work on jobs that they are trained to do & do it often.

Why would I even want them working with after market parts or after market(Osiris) tuning. ?????

Best to call to see if their techs are able to provide a service to install aftermarket parts.

There are a few Nissan dealers that will provide the service you seek, but not all & probably not many. Need to call & ask

Your dealer is not going to tune your car.

They definitely won't tune it, but depending on the dealer they migh install an exhaust or intake. They'll also charge an arm and a leg. I had a shop install my exhaust for like 80 bucks, I asked a dealer what they'd charge just for the hell of it and they said 190 bucks and I said **** that. I'd be surprised if any Nissan dealer installed even aftermarket cats or test pipes. And don't go near a dealer asking them to install turbos or a supercharger.
