I REALLLLLLLY doubt they said something THAT stupid.

HFCs add almost as much as a CBE, of you have long tube intakes, there are huge gains, so yeah, if you have a shorty warm air intake, and HFCs, vs stock all everything and a FI CBE, then yeah they are probably right, or they number is very close either way.
If they mean HFCs AFTER you already have a CBE isn't worth it (law of diminishing returns) then ok, they are right

I like my HFCs and CBE. I think I'm gonna get an UpRev tune next year sometime, but not gonna go with long tube CAI.
