When to do performance mods?

I'm lamenting the lack of funds to do some of the bigger ticket bolt-on modifications so I thought I'd start a poll. What are your thoughts about mod timing?

There's no golden rule. It comes down to what and when you want them. It is your car, after all.

I don't know what lamenting means, but doesn't sound good

So I guess when you're going to stop lamenting, maybe that might be a good time to give mods a thought.

My thought process on this subject goes a little like this...Keep it stock until you get bored of the car. Then start nodding keeping it NA. Once you get bored of that then it's time to go FI. After FI get a nitrous hook up. After that it'll be time for a new car lol

Keep it stock until after you have started autox/track days. Get a feel for what you actually care to change/improve.

Warranty is a non-issue.

Some performance mods will not void warranty.

I went with performance before I did anything visual. I knocked out most of the high cost bolt ons first. Followed by suspension, wheels, and visual.

My build is coming to a slow down since I have purchased nearly everything I want aside from boost. That will come late next year.

Poll results pretty much tell the tail. I believe if you are going to do them, do them ASAP so you can enjoy them.
