Nissan 370Z Forum

I like No wing rear better.

to each his own...I personally think that the wing should have been made a part of the rear hatch and not an optional spoiler...

I totally agree with u. It should be integrated.

I'm sure if u order the car from a reputable dealer.
They can do a wing delete to your package.
I'm just not sure you will get the price discount.
You will probably get your wing in its package.

I don't even know what a heel toe is. Perhaps it's best if I "heel toe" my way out of this thread lol

You know, I felt the same way when I bought the car. In fact, I kept the Synchro-Match turned off for the first month. Of the 25 cars I've owned, only one was a slush-box. I get in about 10-12 track days a year, (mix of autocross and driver education days). Lots of practice trail-braking and balancing the car on the power out of turns.

Now I'm beginning to change my thinking. Two weeks ago I tracked my Z for the first time. I started off as usual, but after a number of laps, I turned on the SM to play with it. To my surprise, I found that the reliable 100% match on downshifts means I'm getting slightly better lap times.

It probably won't change how I drive day-to-day. I hate how the SM blips the throttle when I'm just slowing to a stop and take the car out of gear. But the reliability of the automated matching does seem to matter on a track.

Just another data point for your consideration.
