This topic has been discussed many times and quite a few threads about it can be found via the search button. Yes, there is an oil temperature issue with the 370Z. Nissan's lack of factory oil cooling has made a lot of 370Z owners install an aftermarket oil cooler kit to keep the temps down under hard driving. And welcome!
