steering wheel lock help

The fuse removal has to be done BEFORE you have failure, not after. I believe the only way to get it out of lock is for Nissan to reset and

I believe the only way to get it out of lock is for Nissan to reset and replace the lock. Those with more experience will have to way in.

Often, the lock just gets stuck and needs a little persuasion to retreat fully. But, yeah, if the lock has failed completely, it's tow truck time.

My understanding is that it is like a solenoid & you might be able to tap on it a little bit getting it to extract. If it does release, remove that fuse pronto
