I love the chrome wrap.

Not many people like it, but I do. Mainly due to it being able to piss people off...

I would not park it in public places.

Regular and black chrome vinyl I will never install on a customer's car. Colored chrome, perhaps... Nothing says 'hit me' more than a car that looks just like the ground, trees/buildings, and sky as it's rolling. I tested some gold chrome vinyl a while back from Vvivid, and the texture doesn't seem to please me either, very difficult material to work with.

I get the idea of doing it plus the novelty of it but imperfections easily show. Plus as it ages, you will see the wear and tear and that's when you appreciate it less. At certain angles, it stands out and you can't miss it, at other angles, it is like a mirage.

Don't know about anyone else's area, but here in Orlando area I've seen chrome Infinity SUV and sedans at dealerships (1 offs only though). Someone told me they're for show only, that chrome cars are illegal to drive on the highway.

Anyway I can't see myself driving one but I have to admit they are attention getters.
