i think they should settle like a real racer. spec race.

he haz xxx HP / xxx TQ

he haz 100yrs combined driving experience (includes mom and dad)
but he haz 15000yrs combined driving experience (includes all ancesters)

and just add the rest of the equation:

temperature + humidity +wind direction +psi +wat he ate
(doesn't matter if it make sense or not, just add it all together).
