Well before I ever saw the Z in person I really wanted the blue, but there were not any in whole pacific NW when I was buying. My local dealer had two red ones, but I did not want red at all. The closest one to me was 100 miles away and had all the options that I wanted, in black which was a second or third choice. I love it, but would have been happy with blue or white as well.

Ive already driven them a bunch of times, they just never had the 6 speed with a sport package, and the last shipment they got in had 2. I know I want one. What i meant was convince me to chose one of the 2 colors over the other. i will definitely have one by next week.

I own the red one as you can see in my album... as for the black one, it is super nice, and if you do it right it looks five feet deep!!! my only gripe with black is the up keep... Ive only washed my z four times since ive owned it and waxed it once, with a spray wax in between...I use a california duster dailey just to keep the everyday road dust off of it and give the paint a nice shine... I may be biased in saying this but I think red is easier to upkeep than black, but if you have the time and patience, then black would be more rewarding
