Monterey Blue Question

it has a metallic flake that is best represented on a sunny day...it is a gorgeous color imo

The actual color in person is darker than 99% of the pictures I've seen. It's a complex, amazing color.

I don't know about your friend. EVERY red 370Z I looked it was very shiny.

The third picture that AK posted of the blue is a very accurate representation (at least on my monitor). You'll notice in direct sunlight it looks a bit washed but with shade or dark reflections it looks much darker.
