What Martin said..^. An aftermarket oil cooler will mount on the opposite side of the radiator (opposite from the PS cooler you were referring to), so your Stillen plate holder won't affect the airflow to that side of the radiator.
I was also seeing 220 degrees routinely around town. That's really not high oil temp at all, especially if you're running synthetics, but if you want to reduce the oil temps, an aftermarket cooler is the way to go.
