Sprint booster is a different mapping of throttle. It increases the throttle response. Before you need to floor the gas paddle to reach the max power. With sprint booster you only need press the gas paddle half way to reach the max. HOWEVER, it doesn't increase the power at all. If you press the gas further after half way point, it does nothing...

In my humble opinion, you spend money on this thing to cheat yourself coz it makes you "feel" faster while it's not. You can get the same acceleration by flooring the gas paddle without the sprint booster.
