Car unable to start... randomly.

Hey guys,

I've been having this issue lately, but can't really find anyone else having similar issues on the forum.

My Z wont start in very random times. At first I thought it was the remote not having enough battery, so I changed that first, but it didn't help. Also tried putting in the key into the fobgina but doesn't work as well. The car will go ACC but doesn't crank.

Kept on trying it for 20 times then sometimes the car will start.

There's no warning lights or messages at all on the cluster.

Just to rule out some common problems, my steering wheel lock fuse has already been pulled out few months ago, so it shouldn't be that. The battery volt meter is at 12 or a bit higher, so the battery should be healthy as well.

However, I do feel that sometimes my clutch feels weird.. I can't really specify how weird it is, but it felt like sometimes Im not disengaging the clutch enough while I always fully disengage the clutch before changing gears.

Can anyone suggest what is going on? My car is out of warranty for just over a month now, so I'm trying to avoid going back to dealer.

Check your clutch switch(s). Wheee! just ran into a similar issue.
