Well, a good body shop can. I don't think Homie G's Discount Body Shop and Prepaid Cellphones can, and that's where your buddy steered you. Kick him in the nuts, and then keep going back to the body shop until they get it fixed. Talk to the insurance company as well. Keep bitching at all involved parties until you're satisfied with the results.
