[QUOTE=Haboob;2393054]You take yours out of your pocket?? Mine never leaves it until I'm home for the night.

Ya man. sometimes it bothers me in my pocket. When I sit down anywhere I usually empty my pockets

Oh. I don't either.

Have you had to have your fob replaced? Maybe they gave you one from an Altima or the likes?

I'd take that **** back and tell them you want the Z one.

Do you have the second/spare one? Both of mine say Z.

Has to be.

So you don't have the Z logo and you don't have the tach-light.

:bowrofl::bowrofl::bowrofl::bowrofl:

Haboob 07-05-2013 03:39 PM

OH. That being said, the tach-light is a great feature.

Primarily due to FP not having it. :p

The light that flashes when you rev too high to indicate that you need to upshift

Brutal 370Z 07-05-2013 03:55 PM

I've got another little thing that I like. The silver face on the far left digital screen :stirthepot:

......But seriously I don't mind it at all. I don't know why peeps made a big deal about it

pbhakta 07-05-2013 03:58 PM

Fact that the leather seats actually have cloth material down the middle so its never too cold or too hot like with normal leather seats.

Ah I see. I've never gone that far, unfortunately. Lol.

:wtf2:

stretcho 07-05-2013 04:05 PM

I like how the gauges move with the steering wheel. No more compromises with wheel height anymore. It would be perfect if it telescoped too.

Agreed, except for cute. It's manly. :p

Mark1010 07-05-2013 04:42 PM

I think I've had more comments on the illuminated kick plates than anything else. Second only to "the biggest gas tank lid" ever.

Haboob 07-05-2013 05:02 PM

I think I may get the illuminated kickplates. I wish it wasn't so difficult to change the color, but oh well.

Zallday 07-05-2013 05:04 PM

I like the storage space behind the passenger's seat

srbrubak 07-05-2013 05:16 PM

The whole car. Opening the windows with the fob is no big deal to me. My 05 Altima has that feature.

Can somebody tell me what that light is for? It's really bright when you look straight at it. I can barely see its effects inside the cabin.

Go for em! Install was easy! I may just drive around with my doors open so I can look at them!

I think it is supposed to be an "ambient light". Although it isn't much of one but whateva.

03g35coupe6mt 07-05-2013 06:06 PM

Besides some of the things mentioned ( window roll down holding unlock which my G35does and my 99 maxima ) I like the fact that i can let the radio play for a long while and the radio will shut off by itself after a certain amount of time ,.unlike my G35 which i have had to bring out the charger more than a few times cause its almost dead and wont start . both have a sub with amp . The z at least has some kind of battery saver feature .

forza370z 07-05-2013 06:18 PM

1. The turn head effect(chicks in my case).

2. The start sound of SLU when it's working.

3. The indicator indicates which gear your in.

Another nice little feature is the Z symbol on the key FOB instead of Nissan logo. I like that :-) It looks better when I put it on the table at a restaurant lol

Favorite std feature? The door inner panels. I can't count the times I've had people in the car just run their hands over the alcantara inserts & go 'woooow, that's hot'!
Favorite aftermarket feature? The illuminated kick plates. Same as above, but they look down & go 'no way! That's f'n cool'!

I must admit I didn't know about the window down from outside thing before I read this thread just now. I'm gonna go try it. I have a feeling that - living in Brisbane Australia - that may become my new favorite come summer!

Tribalpinoy91 07-05-2013 06:48 PM

"Dat a$$"

Haboob 07-05-2013 06:48 PM

I wish the window feature worked from farther away, but oh well. Can't complain about it.

03g35coupe6mt 07-05-2013 07:11 PM

If you hold the fob up to your chin it will extend the distance you can be away from the car . kinda uses your body like an antenna ,

someone else that knows this trick! everyone looks at me like a retard when i do it and doesnt believe me!

Also, whats this whole guages move thing?

axmea? 07-05-2013 09:09 PM

The fact that you can turn on the fan without turning on the AC. Nice feature in my book. I have a G37 and it does not do this. AC is triggered all the time on my G.

Hi, in my case annunciator makes the 'Beep Beep' that you hear locking or unlocking with the door buttons, not the horn. An annunciator is typically a small PCB mounted speaker, usually about .5in x .5in that's black with a small hole in it.

Of course Google considers it either a light or buzzer, or both, but coming from electronics background we call the little tiny speakers annunciators.

Yep, all my Hondas have done this, it was so embarrassing to lock it when it was parked say, by a patio restaurant. I usually only hit the button once, but sometimes I'd hit it twice accidentally. That's why I like the beep so much, coming from the blare of my Hondas.
