I have never heard of the bully dog... I'm assuming by programmer you mean an ECU tune. UpRev is currently the most popular solution. ECUtek has yet to prove themselves

Do a search on the forums before making new threads. All of your questions have been asked and answered a dozen times in the last 4 years.
