Here is an example of where you are wrong.

Another example.

This indirectly implies it based on his previous posts in the thread. But mostly, it is just a blanket statement about American vehicles in general so YMMV.

And here.

Here too.

+1

And I think I will stop here. Someone on Page 4 for me.

Oh yeah.... angelo's post. One post dude. :ugh2:

If you take offense to someone disagreeing with misinformation... oh well.

I dont take offense... But it's dumb, only cuz it's been hashed out so much and never been resolved.

The second biggest emotional battle was stick vs 7a. A lot of people who never drove the 7a made alot of false comments about it. Guys who can be considered knowledgeable in all thing car. But they never been behind the wheel with enough time to really know. A lot of those guys hold ignorant positions about the 7a and we've agreed to disagree. And lord knows there's tons of misinfo on the 7a. Also guys who refuse to believe some serious truths about 2 7a advantages.
But, that bickering ended cuz it's a losrt cause. People just learned to respect their BS and move on. This debate was constructive the first 5,000 times it was done. No one has a link to the old debates instead of starting anew? lol

People cross shop these cars... and that is why you see many posts.

And however painful it is to think that the mustang is one of its main rivals, even tho there are a billion of them on the road, and they have a horride live axle... You dont have a crap tone of 911 drivers coming on here resulting in an argument...

Oh yeah identical.

Hatch vs coupe
2 seat vs 4 seat
night and day wheebases.
v6 vs v8
hydraulic steering vs electronic
300hp vs 400hp
270lbs tq vs 400lbs tq
IRS vs SRA

Wow real similar. lol :ugh:

The only thing similar is FR

This is how the internet works.

Now get nekkid and join the hug. :rofl2:

Sh0velMan 05-29-2013 02:13 PM

Now that THAT is out of the way...

So I think the FR-S/BRZ is a much better car than the Z, despite it's lack of horsepower, and if you don't agree, you just don't get it.

Discuss.

We can discuss after the (naked) group hug and a few wine coolers.

:icon18:

I wish a "real" Ferrari 458 italia owner would join the forum just to humiliate ,Z mustang and Fr-S lovers.

And not that 360 modena guy who traded a $110,000 ferrari for a 42,000 nismo and still coughed up $3,000 down to soften his debt ratio. :roflpuke2:

See, man, you just don't get it. You don't need power to have a great car.

Who needs to be able to out run another car, really? I mean, come on.

This is actually true to a point. Sometimes it's fun to take a slow car and beat the living **** out of it and barely break the speed limit. It's the rental car paradox.
