I was driving a 2004 350Z.

I also have the 1971 Z/28 and will never sell that car...Highly Modified Beast.

And the Z/28 I have had since 1983...Almost 30 years, and just modified the Heck out of it...

Yeah many people who have 350s switch to 370s as its the older brother. 3 of my friends have 350z and they always kid about how the 370z isnt that much different, then we do a lil spirited driving and their minds change faster than lightning.

AS for the Z/28

I had a 2001 Eclipse GT. I bought it new in 2001 and in the 10+ years I had it I only put a little over 64,000 miles on it. It was a fun little car, and I enjoyed driving it. Since I have had the Z, I haven't missed my Eclipse once.

I was driving a 2000 Nissan Altima until I hydroplaned and slammed it into a guardrail. Decided it was finally time to drive a "real" car.

Going from a 280Z to a 300ZX was a big deal for me 20 years ago...Then I went from the white 1990 300ZX to a white 2004 350Z and that was a big deal.

The 350 was really nice, brutally quick and handled great, and way better than any Z before it, but the 370Z is just super sweet.

It is so much nicer is so many ways...

And the old school/new school Z/28 is a bit of old technology wrapped with modern suspension, steering and brakes..Kinda went crazy on the Hotchkis, Willwood, ect...But well worth it..

Part of my youth that I cannot part with...

Oh man...It started with a 240Z back in the 1980's...Brown, and then painted it white.

Drove a 20th anniversary 280ZX, the Gold and Black edition, and then a Red first generation 300Z... Too many to count.

Always been into the Datsun Z , because it reminded me of the Z/28. Short tail, and long nose and they handled great..

I must be a Nissan/Datsun junkie....EDIT. I am a Nissan/Datsun Junkie...
