Was it replaced or just needed painting??? Becouse when i had my accident i belive the shop just ordered new bumper and it allready came painted, but if he just

Was it replaced or just needed painting??? Becouse when i had my accident i belive the shop just ordered new bumper and it allready came painted, but if he just repainted then yeah they did a crappy job. So hit car and get new bumper
 just j/k.
