I've noticed a lot of people on here use 75w90 in their differential but my owner's manual says to use 80w90. Any particular reason why? I was about to order

I've noticed a lot of people on here use 75w90 in their differential but my owner's manual says to use 80w90. Any particular reason why? I was about to order some Red Line 75w90 when I noticed this.
