Lol, yeah, I do too, but honestly, who cares about the 75, or 80 part?
It's going to be warm in no time and that's where the 90 kicks in

It has my vote. The difference in viscosity and performance will be negligible. Ie, for all intents and purposes 75W90 and 80W90 are interchangeable. At least for a DD; if you are tracking the car, it might make a little bit of difference.
The type of oil and the additives will make much more difference in performance than a few viscosity points (especially since, as DE.50 points out, once they warm up, they have the same viscosity).
