As long as it meets specs (any high-quality diff lube will), it won't void the warranty. If the dealer gives you any static about it, go to another dealer.

Same with all other lubes/fluids/tires/&c - if it meets Nissan's specs (for lubes, this is usually an API or other standards organization rating), they can't void the warranty.
