Powertrain warranty with mods question

So as i was cruising yesterday i downshifted from 6th to 5th and i got the infamous grind. I did it a few more times to make sure that it wasn't me and it was the car. So i still have the 5year 50,000 mile warranty on powertrain and i talked to the dealer about getting it in there but i have some mods and dont want to void the warranty. The mods i have are stillen gen3 intakes, berk hfc, coilovers. None of these will have any effect the transmission at all. Should i take these off and put it back to stock or do you guys think i should leave it?

Those mods are not in relation to the transmission so you'll be fine.
