When I went car shopping with my sister they advertised as 'Certified Pre-Owned Pricing'. When it came time to talk numbers, something wasn't adding up. I asked, why are you up charging for CPO, I thought it was built into your sales price, since your ad read: 'Certified Pre-Owned Price'
Dealer: Oh all of our cars are Pre-Certified Pre-owned. Me: So why did you advertise it as 'CPO price' then tack on an additional $1500 to that price to make it CPO? I could understand if you mistakenly posted for this car, but I'm looking at your site now on my phone, and it looks like you like to deceivingly advertise... Dealer: let me talk to my sales manager... |

This is why I always get the customer that is inquiring about a Z in my dealership. Literally shaking my head at the things I have read on here... I would tell these sales people
