I was really that somebody with a "fairlady" badged Z would have bashed the idea by now

I say put the badge on it. I personally dont care, If you decide to not have the nismo badge, the second option imo would be to totally debadge, keep them guessing.

At this point I'm thinking of a total debage with just the Nissan Emblem on there - still got a few weeks before I get the car back so we'll see. Thanks!

Get rid of the Nissan emblem too, evo-r has a nice "Z" replacement for it

I like the idea. Maybe the Z emblem instead of the nissan emblem? Also, since your z is black I'd black out the emblem as well. Don't forget post some pix here!:tup:

I remember seeing what looked like a Nismo 370Z outside of Stillen in Costa Mesa, CA. I looked inside and it had a stock NAV, meaning it was NOT a Nismo, yet it was covered in Nismo graphics and vinyls.

I wonder which spoiler he had, that's usually where you can really tell since I don't know anyone that actually bought the OEM one.

Was it grey? Possibly the Project 370z car.

No no it was more like a red / white / gray color scheme. Very race car like, let me search around a bit I may have taken a photo on one of my old phones..

Yeah that is the Doran Racing car, Nismo RC edition, I could see someone doing some vinyl work or "racing" stripes.
