I think the biggest difference lies in the hatch and rear quarter window lines The 370's resemble the 240's more than the 350. And I think it's a safe statement to say that the 240Z has aged really well. So I think the 370 will age better than the 350, it's style has more vertical motion due to how the window cuts up.
