How much have u put up with ur 370z?

so im confused. i have an 09 with 7k on it. I have not so far had any issues. Am I reading this right if i pull a fuse out

so im confused. i have an 09 with 7k on it. I have not so far had any issues. Am I reading this right if i pull a fuse out I will not have the steering lock issue? Or if I take it in to nissan they can fix this before it may happen?
