Mostly make jaws drop in the z. But the one thing I can't stand is "nice 350" it looks nothing like the 350 to me. Oh and the typical how rice you burning comments...

Dang lot attendant at work knows my car is a 370, he sees it all the time, and I did have a 350, but every time we talk he asks me about my 350, but in reference to my 370...grrr.

I was getting D&D and the guy in the drive through said to me as he was handingk me my coffe "who's makes the car? It's too small!

I wasn't insulted but thought it was funny.

Other than that its been all compliments. Actually had a guy wait by my car until I came out of the store just ask what year Z was it

My wife sent me a care package and included a car audio magazine with a 350z on the cover. I asked her why she sent me a car audio magazine when you know im not really an audio guy. She said she just looked at the cover and saw my car...:shakes head: So I asked her how her Tiburon is holding up (she drives a genesis Coupe)

Most people at the place I work really like my car, but everyone says it's tiny (the car).

Yup, I participated in a charity car show and poker run this past Saturday. I and a guy with a race ready Miata had the only foreign cars.This old dude comes buy and looks at my engine and says "nice lawnmower." I ignored him at first and then he repeated his statement. I said yep, it will do a number on your lawn and set your hair on fire at the same time. He walked away shaking his head. Dumb A$$!!!

As a proud Corvette owner who's considering a 370 Vert as a DD, I for one will NEVER understand the whole "why did you buy Jap Crap?" people. First off other than a Corvette and a Viper what REAL sports car is made here.... A Solstice...( GF has one and for her it's ok but) a Sky.... Not too bad but lets face it...it's a Solstice with of beer muscles? They don't make either one anymore. I have never liked Fords and have no interest in Joe Dirt Camaro's. And I'm willing to bet 95% of the people that make that stupid comment about "ricers" have NEVER owned a Corvette or a Viper.... I'll always be a Vette guy... but I have no issue with the 370z's at all. I will admit I had no interest in any of the other Z's other than when I was a kid and the 240's came up but it was because I didn't like the look of the car NOT where it came from and WHO made it. Too much of that nonsense in this country going on for my liking. Drive with pride!

i've had the "shoulda got american muscle" comments from a couple 4.6 gt mustang owners. i reply, "wouldn't that be embarrassing to have your american muscle smoked by my z?"

All that flag waving stuff makes me break out in a rash....... But thanks for the heads up. I keep an eye out for the Mustang boys ....My Vette eats them for breakfast and then goes and Kisses their Girlfriends on the mouth.

I get the whole "350z" thing, gets pretty annoying.

Had a guy with an Evo comment on how "slooooooooooowwww" the Z was. I didn't want to get into it, but I was thinking "Well, not everyone wants a car with a cheap@ss toy plastic interior."

Usually the people who insult your car aren't real car people.
