As for what you can do, I don't know. You might be able to complain to Nissan since you bought it so recently. Long shot though. I did when my parking brake didn't work and my windows leaked in the first week, but those were considerably cheaper fixes than the clutch. I guess your other option is to look at an independent shop you trust. See if they can do any better?

For me. It was when you press the clutch it was soft almost no pressure trying to bring the cltuch out. And eventually the clutch never came back out.

My Integra R did that. RIGHT after putting in the new clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel. I was soo pissed because we had just put it back together. Worse, when my buddy and I replaced the slave cylinder, we put everything back together and got it out on the road, I destroyed the throwout bearing almost immediately. Back on blocks she went with a wheelie-life under the tranny. Open housing, replace, refill, back on road. All in all, we dropped the transmission 3 times for 3 different things, on a car that had over 140,000 miles, each time finished under 3 hours as two 'early-20-somethings' with good import knowledge.

Hopefully, everything works out.
