I'd def check off any of the basics like making sure all caps, intake lines....etc...are secured. Clear the codes and see if it comes back. Just make sure you have a record of what codes popped up before clearing.
Taking it to Dyno comp Thursday. I will let you guys know what I find out.

well don't know what to tell you, started the car up today and service engine soon light was off.

IIRC, some warnings have to go through a cycle (eg, so many starts) before they auto-clear. Can't remember where I saw that, so don't place a lot of stock in it. If your Owner's Manual doesn't tell you about it, let me know and I'll see what I can find in the FSMs

With a "fuel system fault" code showing, it could be something as simple as the fuel fill cap not seated completely.
