If it comes back after reset then there must be something goes wrong. Check what the error code says first.

I would check your oil level and check for leaks only because you think it might be related. Scan it and see if you can pull an OBD code. It could anything from an open gas cap to a serious engine problem. We can't help without more info. The oil maintenance is just a reminder, nothing more. You can't screw anything up by resetting that.

Autozone scan said.
catalyst system efficiency below threshold- bank 2
probable cause.
1-large vacuum leak.
2-fuel system fault.
3-ignition system fault.
4-failed bank 2 catalytic converter.
Looks like the ECU is picking up the car don't have the cats. Just my guess.

Your O2 sensors are really close to where you would be working when changing your oil. I'm wondering if while doing your oil you didn't bump one of the sensors and knock it loose?

Most likely the O2. You show you have TT's. So does that mean you had your car tuned via Uprev. Have the code deleted.

The O2's are no where near where you change the oil.

Yeah, if you have TPs, you'll throw a code 9 times out of 10 unless you have bung extenders and such

Ok, so I went back and looked at some of my exhaust install photos and you're kind right. Its not super close but its close enough that you could bump them. Its also possible that I'm the only one concerned with this because I flail around wildly when working on cars.

Picture for position reference.

just a small suggestion, but based on the possibility of a large vacuum leak has the OP checked to make sure the oil cap on top of his engine is screwed in all the way? i know it sounds stupid, but couldnt hurt to check.

I'd bring it to the performance shop that installed and tuned the turbos if you can. The shop needs to tackle each probable cause one by one. I'd def check off any of the basics like making sure all caps, intake lines....etc...are secured. Clear the codes and see if it comes back. Just make sure you have a record of what codes popped up before clearing.

IIRC, some warnings have to go through a cycle (eg, so many starts) before they auto-clear. Can't remember where I saw that, so don't place a lot of stock in it. If your Owner's Manual doesn't tell you about it, let me know and I'll see what I can find in the FSMs

With a "fuel system fault" code showing, it could be something as simple as the fuel fill cap not seated completely.
