Sorry to hear this. Reminds me of the two parking lot attendants from the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off. As far as WalMart goes, I've interacted with employees at Walmart

Sorry to hear this. Reminds me of the two parking lot attendants from the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
As far as WalMart goes, I've interacted with employees at Walmart and question the quality of their hires or the training they provide. They probably have the same practice when they hire their techs. I've been to many WalMarts and have not been impressed by their people in general. Thanks for sharing your bad experience with the rest of us.
