I had one good traction control save this past weekend. Up here with the colder weather the tires have little traction. I shifted midway through a left handed turn in a intersection and even with the traction control was sideways. It kicked back in harder that I would have imagined, worked awesome. Without it I would have been in a curb, it stays on for me.

Besides, having it kick on and off while your screwing around is more likely to make the car more unpredictable.

I agree with both of these points. VDC cuts power to the wheels way to early and often for me to have any fun with it on. But definitely don't turn it off w/o practice - that's asking for trouble.

Yeah me too. I have a good feel for sliding the rear... in good conditions. I once was caught out by cold tires on a morning onramp, and ended up much more sideways than I planned. Kept in it tho, and scored major forza points
