I chatted with Xbox Live support this morning.. they told me I needed to call Target to resolve things. When I contacted Target, they had no idea that a preorder

I chatted with Xbox Live support this morning.. they told me I needed to call Target to resolve things. When I contacted Target, they had no idea that a preorder DLC code was even available for Forza Horizon and that I needed to contact Microsoft.
I did some digging and it looks like no one who preordered from any retailer got their 370Z code. At least one other retailer (Newegg) was not aware that a preorder bonus existed. I contacted Microsoft again and gave them the results of my searching. It has been escalated to "Tier 3" support and they'll be contacting me. So .. we'll see. Someone really dropped the ball.
