Joe at ZSpeed will help you out. They sell a steel flywheel (SouthBend) which is very light but with almost no chatter. They also sell a variety of clutches/pressure plates that you can talk to him about.
Also, most definitely replace the stock CSC with an aftermarket piece. ZSpeed makes that too.
