Default clutch/flywheel

I would say my budget is a little bit over $1,000
Any inputs will be appreciated!

Joe at ZSpeed will help you out. They sell a steel flywheel (SouthBend) which is very light but with almost no chatter. They also sell a variety of clutches/pressure plates that you can talk to him about.

Also, most definitely replace the stock CSC with an aftermarket piece. ZSpeed makes that too.

Me personally, I love the clutch chatter. It is just as much music to my ears as pipped exhaust. I love the raw form of a car. I hope to make my z rev like a bike, no different then a street bike, just like my integra that i built.
