I think it's a part of the basic factory warranty. You can call a dealership and confirm. By the way, most insurance company also offer roadside assistance for pretty cheap,

AAA would offer this (road side) some cell phone companies at your expense will to. The factory warranty covers towing. I’m not sure how many miles though. If you got the certified/extended warranty if you bought your car used I believe it comes with road side. But factory warranty no. Somebody correct me if wrong.
