HELL YEAH!

The Genesis STILL looks like an old person's car, even as a coupe. I like the Genesis - don't get me wrong. But I like the looks of the 370 millions of times more.

Don't fret it man... It's just some friendly ribbing. Well from some of us anyway

Is the Hyundai a nice ride? To some sure, but don't assume we all do..It's all subjective, like the 370z for example...some like and some don't. But being that this is strictly a 370z site. Most of the negative responses here are no surprise. Ask the same on a hyundai (or any make) forum and you would get the same negativity toward toward the Z.

But you know... If someone really wanted to know more or even cared about Hyundai's new coupe? They would have gone to a Hyundai site and not to a Nissan one (or at the very least the other vehicles forum).

Agree, it's all subjective. Personally I don't care about the Genisis. It has no appeal to me and if I was interested I would make a visit to a Hundyai forum.

In terms of market share, I think the Genesis poses more of a threat to Honda than it does to Nissan. People who want - and can afford - a Z are still going to get a Z. But people who are contemplating a Civic Si will be hard pressed not to seriously consider the Genesis.

The brake and gas pedals appear to be spaced too widely apart to heel and toe properly.

my first car was a 2004 tiburon and i loved that car (RIP Irene). i owned her for 4 years. no problems at all. hyundai is building solid cars. dont knock it b4 youve tried it. im not saying that the genisis is better than the Z, but it will give some competition.

true that, my friend has Hyundai Sonata for 8 years, it had NO problems and he loves it. It has more than +110,000 miles on it right now..lol...

That car is still going very strong.

Once again, Hyundai cars for that last 10 years has been manufacturing great cars, I would even say better than American cars.

Where are these made, America, or Korea?

I wouldn't even think of buying one, especially if it's imported from Korea.

They do have a couple plants in the US though, michagan and alabama if I remember right. I doubt the genesis is produced here however.
