How would u spend $630 on your Z?

To OP... if I had $690 to spend around, I'd buy either intakes or HFC/TP or make some cosmetic changes like window tint, headlight/taillight mods and so on. There are so many mods you can do, but you just got do it little by little.

Does tint not come standard on cars in most places?

I think it's near impossible to find one that doesn't have tint standard anymore here in Phoenix.
